MediaEveryone provides free browser-based image tools on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

Your Responsibilities

You must own or have rights to process any images you use with our tools.
Do not use our tools to process illegal, defamatory or infringing content.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the service.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any images you process. MediaEveryone does not claim any rights over your content.

Limitation of Liability

MediaEveryone is not liable for any data loss, damages or loss of business arising from use of the service. Always keep backups of original images.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
